The Fellowship
A 10-month journey for educators on the AI frontier.
AI Fellowship is a cohort-based program for teachers, coaches, and school leaders who want to build generative AI literacy as a community practice. Each month, we gather around one module, an asynchronous lesson, a 60-minute live session, and applied work on your campus.

You'll earn a micro-credential
Finish the cohort, take home a credential to celebrate.
Every fellow who completes the journey is awarded the AI Fellowship, Year 1: The Jagged Frontier micro-credential, a 20-hour mark of the work you've done and the leadership you're ready to share with your campus.

The SEE Framework
We practice three lenses together, Safely, Ethically, and Effectively. Used alone, any one lens is inadequate for the high-stakes environment of a school. Practiced together, they form a compass for navigating the jagged frontier.
Grounded in Partnership Principles
Adapted from Jim Knight's Unmistakable Impact, these seven principles shape every cohort session.
- Equality
- Every fellow's expertise is the most valuable data point in the room.
- Choice
- Fellows choose their own path through choice boards and applied projects.
- Voice
- Honest, peer-to-peer dialogue shapes the work, not top-down mandates.
- Dialogue
- We learn through conversation, reflection, and shared inquiry.
- Reflection
- Reflection is built into every module, not an afterthought.
- Praxis
- Theory meets practice on the campus, in the classroom, this week.
- Reciprocity
- Facilitators and fellows learn from each other, every session.
